The plan for the new year.
So while on my first run in almost two months I realized something. I battle with consistency in my training. So I have decided that I will commit 30 minutes everyday to a workout. No rest days are allowed. I think its easier to commit to doing something everyday for a short amount of time than it is to try to plan a week at a time.
So just for today, I am going to workout for 30 minutes.
